Always wanted to try Boxercise but have never tried it for fear of being the 'Beginner' in the group? Then this session is perfect for you! This session gives like minded ladies of all ages an opportunity to try Boxercise with others who are also Beginners. There is no age limit as long as you can have a laugh and not take yourself too seriously :). Having fun is what makes this course one of the faves for all of those who are already part of the Good As New Body Boxercise crew! It is purely Pad work (no random squats or dreaded burpees thrown in) - learning the technique of 8 punches - combination work with partners for 2 minute rounds. Boxercise is a fantastic way to get fit, great for co-ordination, de-stressing from any pent up energy from the day and time for YOU! You literally have no time or capacity to think about anyone or anything else for the full 45 minutes, which is the quickest 45 minutes of your life! As long as you want to make friends and be part of an awesome little Boxercise community, then this is definitely the group for you! Give it a try - you have absolutely nothing to lose and everything to gain! Sessions will take place in my garden in Southbourne. Once booked, I will message you the address.
